摘要
为了达到工艺对换热器出口温度的要求,本文设计了一个基于组态王6.52的PID离散控制系统。该系统提供了友好的用户操作界面,同时设计出离散PID的脚本控制程序。最后,得出了在该程序下的两条阶跃响应曲线。
In order to satisfy the process requirements on the heat exchanger export temperature, the PID discrete control system based on the Kingview 6.52 is designed in the paper. A friendly user interface is provided in this system and the discrete PID control procedures scripts are designed. Finally, two step-response curves are obtained under the procedures in the paper.
