摘要
基于建设"两型"社会的战略思想,提出适合于中部地区的可持续发展综合测度指标体系,并对江西省2000年至2007年的可持续发展状况进行了实证分析.分析表明2000年至2007年,江西可持续发展综合能力在Ⅲ级标准的一般水平与Ⅳ级标准的较差水平临界值0.25附近上下波动,环境支持能力是江西可持续发展能力的优势所在,发展能力是江西可持续发展的薄弱点,人力资本是制约江西可持续发展的瓶颈.
Based on strategic of two-oriented society eonstruction , eomprehensiv evaluation index system of sustainable development is proposed, empirical analysis on sustainable development in jiangxi from 2000-2007 is measured . The results as follows： sustainable development ability of Jiangxi fluctuated from grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ during 2000-2007, environmental supporting ability is the advantages of jiangxi, development ability is the weak point Jiangxi, human capital is the bottleneck restricting of the sustainable development in Jiangxi.
