College students who work as village leaders after graduation should get to know the peasants＇ outlook on politics and culture since it is an important reflection of the peasants＇ opinions. Under such a precondition, they will get to know their advantages in knowledge, working role, identity and intelligence. By doing this, they will figure out their own position and their main task so that they can fulfill their goal in the construction of a new countryside, especially in that of political civilization and political culture.
