Job-hunting Prospect of People Who Study Abroad at Their Own Expenses

近年来,我国自费出国留学人员数量呈逐年递增的趋势,与之同时,留学归国人员的数量也逐年增加。因此,研究探讨他们的就业问题是社会人力资源管理的重要课题。通过对自费出国留学人员就业路径的分析,使学生明确自身定位,引导他们认真做好留学前的自我规划和职业规划;在留学过程中做到学习与未来相结合,加强高效能量积累;在留学归来后树立理性的社会就业选择理念,确立正确的就业态度,减少就业难的现象,形成良性资源循环,以促进我国自费留学工作的可持续发展。

In recent years, more and more people choose to study abroad at their own expenses with an an- nual application of over 100,000. Meanwhile, the number of students who return from foreign countries is also on the rise. Based on an analysis to the job-hunting prospect of them, this paper puts forward some suggestions for their sustainable development. Before they go abroad, we should guide them to set their life goals and make plans for their life and careers. When they are studying abroad, we should encourage them to handle their work and study well, and try to enrich their experience. After they return to the homeland, we should advise them to have a correct attitude towards employment so that they will not be disappointed in job-hunting.
