多同心圆形光纤位移传感器的建模与仿真

摘要 对一种新结构反射式光纤位移传感器进行了数学建模和计算机仿真分析,讨论了传感器输出特性与各参数之间的关系.数学模型表明,光纤束两输出信号之比能够消除光源发光强度波动及被测表面反射率变化对测量结果的影响,有利于提高抗干扰能力和测量精度.仿真结果不仅与前期试验结果基本吻合,而且有助于优化这类传感器的结构设计. A new reflective fiber optic displacement sensor with multi-concentric distribution bundles is presented, whose mathematical model are set up and numerically simulated. The relations between the output characteristics and the various parameters have been discussed. The mathematical model indicates that the ratio of two outputs of the fiber bundle can eliminate the influence on the measured result caused by the unsteadiness of incident light intensity and the change of surface reflectivity. It is of advantage to enhance the ability of anti-interference and the precision of measurement. The simulation results resemble the earlier experimental results, and are suitable to optimize the structural design of this kind of sensor.
