摘要
作为中职课堂教学管理主体的多数教师对课堂教学管理这一概念存在严重的误解,将课堂教学管理狭隘地等同于课堂纪律或是教学过程中学生问题行为的管理。课堂教学管理本身是对课堂教学过程的各要素进行有效地预设、组织、协调和激励等,是课堂教学效果的重要保障。因此,有必要改变教师对中职课堂教学管理的狭隘认识,从教学要素出发,建构起中职课堂教学管理内容,为建立更为细致的教学管理指标体系、检验教学管理的有效性、提高教学质量打下基础。
As a principal classroom teaching management part, most teachers misunderstand the concept of classroom teaching management, which has been narrowly equated with classroom discipline management or the management of the student problem behaviors. Classroom teaching management itself is the various elements of effective pre-set, organization, coordination and motivation, which are an important guarantee for effective classroom teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to change the teachers' narrow understanding of classroom teaching management, and construct the content of Secondary v^ational education classroom teaching management from the teaching elements, in order to lay the foundation for establishing a more detailed index system of teaching management, testing the effectiveness of teaching management and improving teaching quality.
