摘要
蒲菜是一种水生草本植物,其嫩茎不仅脆嫩爽口,风味独特,而且富含膳食纤维、碳水化合物、维生素和钙、磷等多种矿物质,是当今生活中的一种良好的膳食原料,但是该原料很少被人们开发和利用。通过对蒲莱食品开发现状的介绍,以推动蒲莱食品产业的进一步发展。
Typha latifolia L. is a kind of aquatic herb.It is not only crisp refreshing with unique flavor, but also rich in dietary fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and other minerals. It is a good raw material for food. The development of Typha latifolia 1. was introduced in this paper, aiming to contribute some reference information for the Typha latifolia 1. processing industry.
