摘要
供应链管理在现代很多企业的管理行为中起了重要的作用。在供应链管理中有一种现象引起了相当的注意,那就是牛鞭效应。基于前人的研究,对牛鞭效应的作用过程进行定量分析,针对该效应的成因提出问题并进行了针对性分析,在此基础上就消除"牛鞭效应"的影响提出了若干建议。
Supply chain management (SCM) plays an important role in management activities for enterprises nowadays. In SCM,a phenomenon called the "bullwhip effect" has attracted considerable attention. Based on the previous studies, this paper analyses the operational mechanism of Bullwhip Effects by using quantitative methods, proposes several questions on the causes of this phenomenon, and lodges some solutions that can help to eliminate the negative effect.
