中国煤炭上市公司股权结构现状与调整策略研究

股权结构既能体现公司的所有制形式,也能影响公司法人治理结构的有效程度.本文以中国煤炭企业21家上市公司股权结构为研究对象,以1999至2008年报数据为基础分析中国煤炭企业上市公司的股权结构现状及其变化趋势即存在一股独大和股权集中度高。并提出有针对性的优化建议和改善措施,为进一步研究股权结构与企业效率、风险、成本等关系提供有意的参考。

That are the high stock concentration and a stock which accounts for a large component.And make recommendations and optimization of targeted improvement measures.It will provide intended reference For the further study of ownership structure and corporate efficiency, risk, cost and other relationships.
