摘要
本文介绍了灰色系统理论中GM(1,1)模型的建模方法,并用该方法建立了江苏省1988年和1989年邮电业务中函件总量、邮包总量、汇票总量、长途电话总量的预测模型。1988年的预测精度均在95.70％～97.99％之间。
The constructing method of the GM(1, 1) model in the grey system theory is described. The predicting model for the total volumes of the letters, parcels, money orders and long-distance calls in Jiangsu Province in 1988 and 1989 are constructed by using the method. The predictive accuracies in 1988 range from 95.70% to 97.99%.
