摘要 为了改进传统线路巡检工作,提高输配电设备运行维护管理水平,提出以掌上电脑为硬件支撑、基于卫星全球定位和地理信息系统等技术的巡检系统的设计方案。GIS/GPS通过整合成新系统,可以提高电力巡检系统的工作效率和运行质量,使故障定位更加准确、显示方式灵活多样,并能更好地进行分析与决策。在对新系统的技术可行性、经济可行性及社会需求进行分析的基础上,提出系统设计的原则、开发平台的选择及具体的设计方案。同时,在嵌入式GIS设计中,还应注意内存使用、屏幕空间占用以及字符集选择等问题。 In order to improve the work of routing inspection and maintenance of transmission and distribution equipment, this article puts forward the idea of designing patrolling system supported by palm computer and based on GPS and GIS technologies. The newly integrated system of GIS/GPS can improve the work efficiency and operational quality, making the fault location more precise and more flexible, which helps to offer better analysis and decisions. This article, on the basis of analysis of technical and financial feasibility and its social demands, puts forward the design principle and selection of development platform as well as the specific designing scheme. Furthermore, such considerations as the use of EMS memory, screen space occupation and selection of character set in the designing of embedded GIS have been discussed in this article.
