Research on Application of Motor Soft Starter

电动机启动方式的选择日趋重要。简要介绍电动机传统启动方式与变频启动方式的优缺点,重点介绍软启动的工作原理及优缺点。通过对5种启动方式比较,提出既适用又先进的启动方式应是电压控制启动、转矩控制启动及转矩加突跳控制启动。软启动保护器具有过载保护、缺相保护、过热保护等功能,启动电流小、保护功能齐全、稳定可靠、维护方便,具有很多传统电机启动装置无法比拟的优点,适合各种大功率电动机使用。

The choice of motor soft start is getting increasingly important. This article deals with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional motor start methods and frequency conversion start method, in particular, the working principle of soft start and its advantages and disadvantages. Of the five start methods, the author identifies voltage control start method, torque control start, and torque plus kicking control start as the most appropriate and advanced. The protector of the soft start should possess overload protection, default phase protection and over-heating protection. It enjoys such advantages as slight starting current, reliable and stable operation, suitable for various high power motor start and control.
