Human Capital Investment Affects on Increasing the Peasant's Income

资本投资不足是制约农民素质提升进而解决贫困问题的关键。文章采用实证分析方法,以海峡西岸经济区为例,从教育投资、培训投资、健康投资、迁移投资四个层面揭示人力资本投资对解决农村贫困问题的影响。

Based on ＂the theory of quality poverty＂,the article points out that the lower quality of the peasant is the key fact that leads into the rural poverty,and that lower-capitalization on the human capital is crucial to restrict the peasant＇s quality and solve the poverty issue.Adopting the positive method,and taking ＂Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Strait＂ for example,the article analyzes the structure and characteristic of human capital in rural area from four layers of education investment,training investment,health investment and moving investment,and then probes into human capital investment affects on solving the rural poverty.
