摘要
针对企业高层领导工作过程中辅助决策工作的特点，通过对领导思维活动特点的分析，提出了关于领导辅助决策支持系统设计的若干问题。
According to the characteristics of the tasks that support executives' decisionmaking, this paper analyses the executives' thinking activities, then puts forward some problems in the design of EDSS(Executive Decision Support System). The fundamental framework of the system design is also presented.
