摘要
分析了企业重组由企业内部作业流程重建到跨部门、跨组织边界、跨国界的外部业务网络再造;从表面工作关系的再设计到企业制度、能力和文化,以及经营管理方式重构的整个发展变革过程.探讨了企业重组的目的、内容、范围。
In this paper, the development of BPR was analyzed and demonstrated from internal work process redesigning, organization reconfiguration to outer business process networks reengineering, from superficial operation rebuilding to system, constitution rethinking, and to firm's culture and competence reconstruction. The objectives, contents, ranges, approach, means and effectiveness of BPR were studied.
