摘要
通过对摆辗加工中摆头与圆柱实心工件接触面积的分析，给出了计算其接触面积率的近似公式。此近似公式既具有形式简单、便于对摆辗力及应力—应变等进行分析的特点，又具有较高的工程计算精度。
By analyzing the contact area between the Upper Die and cylindrical solid workpiece during Orbital Forming process,an approximate formula for calculating the contact area rate is proposed.This formula is not only simple and practical in Orbital Forming force and stress-strain analysis,it also has a high engineering calculation precision.In addition,a comparison is made between this approximate formula and the common approximate calculation.
