摘要
上市公司信息披露的对象包括股东、公司的各种债权人、政府有关部门及公司的潜在投资者，他们对公司的信息提出了较高要求。而近年来，上市公司在信息披露中存在不少问题，引起人们广泛关注。就上市公司的信息披露问题进行了归纳、分析。
Information revealed by listed company is directed to shareholders,various kinds of creditors of the company,concerned departments of the government as well as its potential investors,who demand highly of the companys information.But in recent gears,listed company has some problems in its information revealing,which arouse wide concern of the peoplel.This article sums up and analyses problems revealed by listed company and provides countermeasures for solving these problems.
