Joint-stock cooperation is a new economic form in the economic system reform,and it is adapted to develop the small enterprises of our country.But in the course of practice,some problems and contradictions appear,which not only hamper the development of the enterprises,but also affect the process of the whole economic system reform.The author analyzes the problems and contradictions appeared in the course of carring out joint-stock cooperation one by one,and according to the requirements to build modern enterprise system,puts forward solutions and counter-measures to these problems
