摘要
由于高职教育起步晚,教师的绩效考核还不能有针对性地采取有效的激励手段,这在一定程度上挫伤了教师的积极性,影响了教学、科研的完成效果以及组织目标的实现。因此建立和完善科学合理的绩效考核是高职院校人力资源开发与管理的当务之急。文章分析了高职院校教师绩效考核中存在的问题,并提出改善高职教师绩效考核的对策。
Since the vocational school starts late,many problems and weakness exist inteacher s performance appraisal. Establishing and improving scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system becomes the thing of priority for human resources development and management in vocational schools. This paper,analyzed the existing problems of teachers performance appraisal in vocational schools,and put forward some countermeasures to resolve it.
