尼龙RIM反应注射成型试验研究

用尼龙RIM作原料，利用注型法进行成型实验。探讨了注射反应成型（RIM）新工艺的原料性能及使用方法，RIM成型温度及时间；介绍了新工艺的工业化应用领域，生产工艺流程；说明了模具制造费用，环境影响及清洁生产等特点。

We use nylon as raw material to have experiment on Reaction Injection Molding. On the new technology, we not only study the behavior and useful method of raw material but also temperature and time, and furthermore, introduce industrialization useful field and process. Except that, we describe the cost of molding, environmental influence and cleanly producing on RIM.
