摘要
报道了石蒜属(Lycoris)三种植物的染色体数目和核型.三个种的染色体数目均为2n=2x=16.它们的核型公式是:安徽石蒜(L.anhuiensisY.HsuetQ.J.Fan.)和长筒石蒜(L.longitubaY.HsuetQ.J.Fan.)均为K(2n)=2x=16=6m+10T;中国石蒜(L.chinensisTraub.)为K(2n)=2x=16=2M+4m+10T.三种植物均为3B核型.
The present work deals with a study of the karyotypical analysis for three species of the genus Lycoris Herb:L.anhuiensis Y.Hsu et Q.J.Fan,L.longituba Y.Hsu et Q.J.Fan,and L.chinensis Traub.The chromosome number in root tip cells of the above mentioned three species were found to be 16.A photomicrogroph and the karyotype are shown in the plate Ⅰ:1-8.The idiogram is shown in Fig.1-4.The parameters of chromosomes is shown table. According to Levan et al ,the karyotype formula are 2n=16=6m+10T,2n=16=2M+4m+10T respectively.The karyotype of three species in Lycoris belong to stebbins′3B. The chromosome number and karyotypes of anhui material are repported for the first time.
