石蒜属三种植物的核型研究

KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF THREE SPECIES OE LYCORIS HERB

报道了石蒜属（Ｌｙｃｏｒｉｓ）三种植物的染色体数目和核型．三个种的染色体数目均为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１６．它们的核型公式是：安徽石蒜（Ｌ．ａｎｈｕｉｅｎｓｉｓＹ．ＨｓｕｅｔＱ．Ｊ．Ｆａｎ．）和长筒石蒜（Ｌ．ｌｏｎｇｉｔｕｂａＹ．ＨｓｕｅｔＱ．Ｊ．Ｆａｎ．）均为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２ｘ＝１６＝６ｍ＋１０Ｔ；中国石蒜（Ｌ．ｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓＴｒａｕｂ．）为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２ｘ＝１６＝２Ｍ＋４ｍ＋１０Ｔ．三种植物均为３Ｂ核型．

The present work deals with a study of the karyotypical analysis for three species of the genus Lycoris Herb:L.anhuiensis Y.Hsu et Q.J.Fan,L.longituba Y.Hsu et Q.J.Fan,and L.chinensis Traub.The chromosome number in root tip cells of the above mentioned three species were found to be 16.A photomicrogroph and the karyotype are shown in the plate Ⅰ:1-8.The idiogram is shown in Fig.1-4.The parameters of chromosomes is shown table. According to Levan et al ,the karyotype formula are 2n=16=6m+10T,2n=16=2M+4m+10T respectively.The karyotype of three species in Lycoris belong to stebbins′3B. The chromosome number and karyotypes of anhui material are repported for the first time.
