溶液法制备的ZnO微米棒的结构与光学性质

STRUCTURAL AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF ZnO MICRORODS PREPARED ON SILICON SUBSTRATES BY CHEMICAL SOLUTION GROWTH METHOD

摘要 采用溶液法,以醋酸锌为原料,以六亚甲基四胺为催化剂,在93.5℃的水浴锅中加热5h,在硅衬底上生长了规则的ZnO微米棒,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了样品的结构形貌,利用X射线衍射分析了样品的结晶情况,利用荧光分光光度计测量了样品的光致发光谱,并分析了ZnO微米棒的形成机制和发光机理。 ZnO microrods were prepared on silicon substrates hy chemical solution growth method from Zinc acetate and methenamine aqueous solution at 93.5 ℃ for 5 hours. Its morphologies by SEM and its crystal structures by XRD were studied. Its photoluminescence spectrum was also measured. And the mechanism of the growth and the photoluminescence of the ZnO microrods were analyzed at last.
