DGLA合成工艺研究-还原及磺化反应参数优化

SYNTHESIS STUDY ON DGLA——TO OPTIMIZE THE PARAMETERS OF REDUCTION REACTION AND SULFONATION REACTION

摘要 本文目的是优化选择DGLA合成中还原反应及磺化反应的相关工艺参数。设计单因素和两因素实验考察γ-亚麻酸的加量、反应时间和温度对还原和磺化的转化率的影响。结果表明:还原反应温度为30℃,反应时间为4h,加水洗涤Al(OH)3沉淀4次时,转化率比较理想;磺化反应温度控制在26-29℃,反应时间为4h,乙醚萃取水相2-3次即可得较理想转化率。最终结果表明,在优选出的工艺条件下获得的产物转化率比较理想。 The purpose of this paper was to optimize the correlated parameters of reduction reaction and sulfonation reaction. Single- factor and two-factor experiments were used to definite the parameters of reduction reaction, including the optimal dose of γ-linolenic acid, the optimal reaction 6me and temperature, and so on. Results showed that the optimal conditions for reduction reaction were the reaction lime 4 h, the reaction temperature 30℃ and times of washing Al(OH) 3 by water; the optimal conditions for sulfonation reaction were the reaction time 4 h, the reaction temperature 26 - 29 ℃ and extraction times of water phase by ethylether was 2 or 3. Upon optimum conditions, both the purity and yield of production achieved an ideal level.
