摘要
本文从改良热稳定性、最适pH、催化效率和底物专一性等方面介绍了用蛋白质工程方法设计和改造工业用酶的研究及其进展.讨论了蛋白质的结构与功能关系和蛋白质工程研究的前景.
The researchs and progress indesign and reform of industrial enzymes by protein engineering from enzymic thermostability、optimum pH、catalytic rate、substratespecificity and etc.In addition,the relationships between structure and function of proteins and the study prospects for protein engineering are discussed.
