11例颈部动脉夹层致缺血性脑卒中支架治疗的护理

Nursing of stenting for 11 cases of ischemic stroke induced by cervical artery dissection

通过对12例颈部动脉夹层致缺血性脑卒中患者进行支架置入治疗,并对患者行术前、术后护理及术中配合。11例患者支架成功置入,术中、术后无并发症发生,1例患者由于血管因素未能完成。

12 cases of ischemic stroke induced by cervical artery dissection were treated with stent implantation and given preoperative care, operative cooperation and postoperative nursing. Of those, 11 patients were successfully treated with stent implantation without any operative complications, the rest one failed to complete due to vascular factors.
