摘要
运用阿累尼乌斯定律及非均相燃烧反应基本原理,分析了制约型煤燃烧强度的关键因素,提出了型煤集合形态劣化是导致型煤燃烧强度降低的本质原因。文章通过对型煤集合形态劣化实质的分析,阐明了型煤集合形态劣化导致型煤燃烧过程恶化的机理,并在试验基础上,提出了型煤集合形态改进的优化方案。
The paper uses Arrhenius Law and Heterogeneous burning reaction principle, analyzed the key factor that restricting burning strength of moulded coal, presents the bad aggregate formation is the true couse of decreasing the burning strength of moulded coal. Based on analyzing the bad aggregate formation, described mechanism of how bad aggregate formation causing bad burning process, and according to the test result, presents the optimizing plan to improve aggregate formation of moulded coal.
