摘要
本文论述了粗放增长和集约增长的基本含义，将粗放增长划分为积极的粗放增长和消极的粗放增长，并分析了从粗放增长转向集约增长的客观条件，提出了关于中国经济增长方式转变的两点看法。
In this paper, basic implications of extensive growth and intensive growth are discussed. The extensive growth is subdivided into positive growth and negative growth; Objective conditions for transforming extensive growth into intensive growth are analysed, Two modes of economic growth in China are suggested.
