基于Web技术的选煤生产过程信息实时查询系统的开发

根据选煤生产过程的实际需要,在分析远程监控系统和实时数据传递功能的基础上,提出了基于Web技术的矿区选煤生产过程信息实时查询系统的体系结构。从系统开发角度出发,研究了煤炭企业内部Intranet网络上实时数据采集、传输及发布的全过程信息流,设计了Web实时查询系统的工作构架,研制了安全隔离式生产控制网向管理网单向数据传递接口,由此实现了集团公司多家选煤厂生产过程的在线检测与控制信息的Web实时查询。通过实际应用和长时间的运行表明,本系统具有系统安全可靠、数据传送实时性好等优点。

This paper analyzed remote inspection and control system and real time data transfer, presents structure of web based information real time inspection system for coal washing process in the mining district. For the purpose of developing the system, analyzed whole process information flow of real time data collection, transfer, and issuing in intranet network in coal enterprise, designed the operation frame of web real time inspection system and developed safety isolation unilateral data transfer interface which transfer data from production control net to management net, so realized that through the web can real time inspect the on-ling check and control information from a certain number coal preparation plants in a scope of coal mining group company.
