摘要
系统地研究了微量元素Zr对Ni48Cr6Fe合金在湿H2中高温氧化时所得氧化膜的影响,结果表明,微量元素Zr会降低Ni48Cr6Fe合金的氧化速度,阻碍氧化膜的生长,并提高氧化膜中Cr2O3的含量,使其达到80%以上,但对氧化膜的其他性能影响不大。
The effect of little amount of Zr element on the oxidation film of Ni48Cr6Fe sealing alloy oxidized at high temperature in wet-hydrogen is studied systematically. The results show that little amount of Zr element can decrease the rate of oxidation, block the growth of oxidation film, and increase the amount of Cr2O3 that is over 80 %. Otherwise, little of Zr element has little effect on other properites of oxidation film.
