高校远程英语课程改革与教师专业化发展的相互作用研究

摘要 本文是汕头市教育科学"十一五"规划2008年课题《大学英语课程改革与教师专业化发展的和谐互动》(08JKSY032)的部分研究成果,旨在根据高校远程英语课程改革的突破、高校英语教师的专业能力对远程英语课程改革实践的作用及高校远程英语课程改革内容、教师专业发展路径和发展策略,探究英语教师如何适应课程改革的要求,实现教师专业化发展。 This paper presents the results of the Educational and Scientific Project of the Eleventh Five-year Plan of Shantou, 2008. The project is entitled The Reform of the College English Curriculum and the Harmonious Interaction of Teachers' Professional Development (Project No. 08JKSY032). This project aims to examine the challenges, knowledge structure, and professional competence of instructors of College English towards the function of the reform and the application of Distance English curriculum. The project also examines the impact of the reform on teachers regarding paths of professional develoment and developmental strategies, based on structure, content, study method and assessment of the curriculum of Distance College English. This study also focuses on how English instructors adapt the requirements of curriculum reform to reach the goal of professional development.
