一流电大的根基是优秀的科研和优质教学资源

Excellent Scientific Research and Teaching Resources Are Basics of First-class RTVU

高等教育有教学、科研和社会服务三大任务。高校没有科研,就不是一所真正的大学。而远程教育高校没有优质的教学资源建设,也不可能成为一流的远程教育高校。本文以部分远程教育高校为例,总结分析其科研和资源建设的经验,以学习先进,为一流电大科研和资源建设提供借鉴。

Teaching, scientific research and service for the society are three undertakings for higher education. Without scientific research there will be no real university and without excellent teaching resources there will be no first-class universities of higher distance education. Based on some of the higher distance education universities the article analyzed their experience of research and resources and proposed some suggestions on how to build a first-class RTVU.
