This article is based on the present situation of Physical Education in Jining Teachers College. As for the current teaching system （such as the building of teaching models and designing ideas, the creativity and the application of evaluating ways, and so on）, the article will explain them one by one, trying to provide theoretical references for improving the teaching system in physical education in the western regions as well as the National higher vocational colleges.
