摘要
文章利用时序主成分法对山西省大中型工业企业技术创新现状进行了分析,筛选出工程技术人员比重、科学家和工程师占科技活动人员比重、微电子控制设备占生产经营用设备原价比重、开发新产品经费占科技活动经费内部支出总额比重四项大权重指标。以上数据从客观上表明,各级技术人力资源投入强度、生产手段的高新技术化水平、新产品研发经费投入强度等三因素为山西省工业企业技术创新主影响因素,据此提出了相关建议。
The technology innovation in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Shanxi was discussed by using the method of sequence principal component analysis. It screened out four weight indexes, which are engineers and technicians specific weight, scientist and engineers share among the technological staff specific weight, micro-electronic control equipment share among the weight of prime cost on the equipment used in production and management, funding for new product development share among the weight of total fund of scientific and technical activities spend internally. These are objectively reflect the three main influence factors in Shanxi industrial innovation.
