摘要
在0.2mol/LBriton-Robinson(BR)缓冲体系中(PH=8.0),半胱氨酸与镉(Ⅱ)形成的配合物在-0.62v(vsSCE)可产生灵敏的阴极化波,其二阶导数波高与镉(Ⅱ)浓度在4.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内成线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L。研究了配合物波的性质,建立了测定镉(Ⅱ)的新方法,可用于烟草中镉的测定。
A new Polarographic wave caused by cadmiun cysteine complex in 0 20mol/L Britton Robinson buffer solution has been investigated. The peak potential of cathodic wave is about 0 62V(vs SCE). The peak height of the second orderdifferentail wave is linear with cadmium ion concentration over a range of 4 0×10 -8 ~1 0×10 -6 mol/L. The detection limit is 1 0×10 -8 mol/L. The new method has been applied to the determination of cadmium ion in cigarettes. The characteristics of the wave have been studied.
