摘要
本文在对异性纤维检测问题进行深入分析探讨的基础上,提出了一种新型的异性纤维检测算法。该算法经过了严格的理论分析和数学论证,能够用少次数学运算代替原检测算法的多次运算,在保证异性纤维检测精度的同时进一步提高了检测速度,满足了当前对异性纤维自动检测系统提出的越来越快的实时性要求。文中所用的数学模型、算法和研发经验亦可移植和应用到相关实用项目(尤其是棉纺织领域)。
This article suggests a new type of foreign fibre detecting algorithm based on the in-depth analysis on foreign fibre detecting problems. This new algorithm will use fewer operations than ever to further enhance the foreign fibre detecting speed as well as guarantee the detecting precision, and it can meet the request of the faster speed owing to the real-time nature of foreign fibre automatic detecting system. The mathematic model, algorithm and development experience in the article can be also migrated and applied to other correlative projects, especially the ones in textile field.
