On Modern Enterprise Human Resource Management and Development

在中国,目前很多企业还处于经验管理模式下,对人力资源的管理仍然是传统的模式。近几年来,中国企业正逐渐从以事为中心的管理向以人为中心的管理方式转变,企业人力资源管理工作得到前所未有的重视。本文从人力资源基础理论出发,结合我国人力资源管理和开发的现状,系统地分析了企业人力资源管理中的问题,并且提出了企业开发人力资源的对策,为企业做到最大限度地发挥人的才能,充分开发人才的潜在能力,提供了一些可行的措施。

Human resources management in many enterprises is still operating under the traditional management mode. In recent years, Chinese companies are undergoing the change from object-centered management to people-centered management, and the human resources management has received unprecedented attention. This paper made a systematic analysis of the problems in human resources management and put forward countermeasures for enterprises to maximize the potential talents.
