摘要
采用钝化镁作为球墨铸铁的球化剂,设计了一种结构新颖的球化反应包,将球化剂装入变壁厚的金属管内,使球化反应强度均匀、平稳进行,镁收得率>25%,与其它球化方法相比,具有独特的优越性。
In this article,passivation magnesium is used as the spheroidizater of the ductile iron,and a kind of spheroidization package with a new structure is designed,in which spheroidization reaction is made in a uniform strength and a stable course and the spheroidizaters are put in the metal pipes with different wall thickness.The utilizing rate of Magnesium is more than 25 percent.Compared with other methods of spheroidization,it is more preponderant.
