摘要
在对数控机床进给伺服系统进行动态分析的基础上,根据劳斯判据得出了系统稳定的条件,为数控系统的选择和位置增益的调整提供了理论基础。为使进给伺服系统的技术性能达到综合最佳,提出了位置增益Kv、时间常数Tm、采样周期T等参数之间相互关系和选择原则,并运用到实际的机床数控改造设计和调试中。
Based on the dynamic analysis of feed server system of CNC machine tool.This article has obtained the stable condition of the system according to the Routh criterion and provided a theoretical basis for the choice of CNC system and the adjustment of position gain.In order to achieve comprehensive best of the technical performance of feed servo system,the article puts forward the interrelationship between the parameters and selection principles,the position gain Kv,the time constant Tm,sampling period T,and applied them to the transformation of the design and debugging of the actual NC machine tool.
