摘要
以宜兴S342水泥混凝土路面拓宽改造工程为依托,系统地论述了碎石化技术在旧水泥混凝土路面拓宽改造中的应用。根据路况调查结果,制定了旧混凝土板处理方案,介绍了MHB碎石化施工工艺,并通过开挖试坑、顶面回弹弯沉测试和承载板试验等措施检验施工效果,在此基础上完成碎石化后加铺层设计及拓宽部分路面结构设计。最后,总结了旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化设计施工过程中需重点关注的一些问题。
Combined with old cement concrete pavement widening reconstruction of 342 provincial road of Yixing section,rubblizing technology is systematically elaborated in this paper. Treatment schemes of cement slab are established according to the real condition of different road sections,construction technology of multi-head breaker is described in brief,by contrast,construction effect is thoroughly examined by excavating testing pit,surface elastic deflection measurement,loading plate experiment,etc.,based on this series of tests,overlay design of old cement concrete pavement after rubblizing and structural design of new widening section are accomplished. Conclusive suggestions of rubblizing process are brought forward in the end.
