在分析江苏省高速公路面临的建设形势的基础上,结合南京绕越高速公路东南段项目,介绍了聚合式管理模式在设计、建设、营运阶段的应用,从而优化配置土地、房建、机电设备、人员、车辆等多种资源,完善高速公路"全过程精细化管理"体系,可为类似高速公路项目提供参考。

This paper analysis the construction situation faced with Jiangsu Expressway and introduces the application of cetralized management mode in expressway design,construction and operation. Many resurces such as land,building, electromechanical equiment,person and vechile are optimizing distributed by using this management mode,with could porvide reference to similar expressway.
