摘要
采用先进的高速摄影技术,对PY130摇臂式喷头的导流器受水射流冲击进行了试验研究,得到了摇臂运动规律,并与摇臂解析公式进行了对比分析。结果表明正转撞击周期随着进口工作压力增大而增大,反转撞击周期和正、反转过程的非自由运动时间随着进口工作压力的增大而减少。正转过程的自由运动时间要远大于非自由运动时间,反转过程的非自由运动时间约占撞击周期的25%。在正转过程的自由运动阶段,摇臂角位移变化呈正弦曲线;在正、反转运动过程的非自由运动阶段,角速度变化无明显规律。角位移和角速度的试验值与计算值在数量级上是一致的,试验值高于计算值。
An experiment study on the swing arm forced by the jet flow from the nozzle of the PY130 impact sprinkler was conducted by using the high speed photography technique.The movement properties of the swing arm was obtained and compared with the calculated results by the analytical equations.The results show that the positive rotation cycle increases with the inlet working pressure,while the reverse rotation cycle and the restricted motion time during both positive and reverse rotations decrease with the increasing inlet pressure.The free motion time is much larger than the restricted motion time in positive rotation,while the restricted motion time accounts for about 25% of the reverse rotation cycle.The ration angle fits a sinusoidal curve shape in free motion process of the position rotation.But the angular velocity changes in an unpredictable way in the restricted motion process of both positive and reverse rotations.Both the rotation angles and angular velocities of experiment and calculation are in the same order of magnitude,while the experimental one is larger than the calculated results.
