WWW is a popular retrival tool of wide-area hypermedia on INTERNET.The standardization of HTTP、URL、HTML is the base of the information exchanging between the server and the client.By the way of URL,the information resources of WWW are located according to pages and transfered between the client and the server by means of HTTP in HTML language so as to realise effective and general information retrieval and lay a foundation of open access on INTERNET.
