非抑制型离子色谱法同时测定多种微量元素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍用柠檬酸/乙二胺为淋洗液,同时测定铜、铅、镍、锌等离子的非抑制型离子色谱法。通过试验,选择出最佳色谱分离条件,得出各金属离子的工作曲线方程,相关系数0.997~0.999,检出限0.023~0.087μg/mL,相对标准偏差0.73~2.5%和回收率97.23~104.30%,应用于茶叶试样分析,获得满意结果。该法具有简便、快速、准确、选择性好的特点。 A method for simultaneous determination of trace-metallic element Ions of copper. nickel、zinc、magnesium、iron、manganese、calcium、lead and strontium is investigted by means of non-repress type Ion chromatography used eluant of ethylenediammonium/citric acid in this paper. A cation-exchange column was employed for separation with non-suppressor conductivity detection. optimum conditions of chromatography separation were selected by contrast excellent test. The equations of working curve, relative coefficients 0.997~0.999, detection limits 0.023~0.087 μg/ml, reletive standard deviation 0.73~2.5% and recoveries 97.23~104.30% for all matallic Ions were obtained. The method was applied for analysis of tea with satisfactory resules. The method have characteristics of simplicity. Rapidity. Accuracy and good selectivity.
