摘要
本文结合对我国93个制造业企业的问卷调查,运用SPSS软件包中因子分析的主成份分析法对数据进行了分析,据此建立了制造业企业人力资源管理系统的因子分析模型。
This paper analyses the data which comes from the investigation on 93 Chinese manufacturing enterprises by using the Principal Components Analysis of Factor Analysis of SPSS Software.According to the analysis results,the Factor Analysis Model of Human Resource Management System(HRMS) is established and the practical meanings of these factors are elaborated.
