摘要
波特的一般竞争战略模型引起了两种不同观点的争辩,即竞争战略的相容性观点及不相容性观点。本文在讨论企业竞争优势特点的基础上,通过分析产品竞争优势区域及顾客选择之间的关系,建立企业竞争优势形成的综合分析模型。
Porter’s generic competitive strategic model had caused the arguement of two different views which are compatible view and incompatible view.This article supplies a new analysis view and model which can be used to effectively confirm the firm’s competitive advantage by use of analyzing the relationship between the product competitive advantage area and customer selection,based on the discussion of firm’s competitive advantage characteristics.
