摘要
主要介绍了氯化聚乙烯热塑性弹性体电线电缆护套胶的配合与加工。探讨了填充补强剂、增塑剂、润滑剂等配合剂对胶料性能的影响。给出了一个实用配方及一系列合理的工艺参数。研制开发的成品电缆性能满足ＧＢ５０１３，２－８５标准的要求，且具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In this paper,the development of TPE cable jacket based on chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CPE) is reported.Some factors that affect the properties of cable jacket are discussed,such as fillers,porcessing aids and lubriconts . A proctical formula and a series of conditions are given.The developed cable jacket could meet the requirements of GB5013,2-85 and good for economic and peoples life
