摘要
研究了显色剂1-(2-吡啶偶氮)2-萘酚(PAN)与钴生成配合物的反应条件。在表面活性剂存在下,室温,钴与PAN络合,25min后,形成稳定的1∶2绿色配合物。λmax=580nm和450nmε580=1.97×104L·mol-1·cm-1。在0~12μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。
The condition of reaction of cobalt and 1- (2-pyridylazo ) - 2- naphthol (PAN ) has been studied in this paper. The green stable complex with ratio 1: 2 is formed in the presence of surfactant and at room temperature 25 minutes after. The makimuxn absorption of it is at 580 nm and 450 nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1. 97×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's Law is obeyded in the range of 0~12 μg/25 mL for cobalt.
