摘要
在0.03mol·L-1的盐酸介质中,当有非离子表面活性剂tritonX-100存在时,硫氰酸钴络阴离子与结晶紫能生成可溶于水的三元离子缔合物,我们研究了缔合物生成的条件,测定了缔合物的组成。标准曲线表明,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.1×104L·mol-1·Cm-1。Co(Ⅱ)在0~3μg·mL-1范围内服从比耳定律,本法回收率为96.7~104.3%。
On medium of 0.03 mol. L-1 HCl and at triton X-100, cobalt (Ⅱ) -thiocyanate complex cationic ion with crystal violet can form trinary ion-association complex soluble in water. We determined formation condition and composite or standard curve of the trinary ion-association complex. The apparent Molar absorptivity is 2. 1 ×104 L·mol-1· cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~3 μg/ mL for cobalt. Recovery is 96. 7 %~104 % of the mothod.
