摘要
采用变进给量振动钻削的新方法,用高速钢麻花钻对18Cr2Ni4WA低碳合金结构钢进行了Φ0.3mm的钻孔试验。试验结果表明,变进给振动钻孔显著提高了钻削微孔的整体加工水平。
A new method for drilling microholes using varying feed rate vibration drilling has been tested. The drill is made of high speed steel, the processing material is a low carbon medium alloy steel of the type 18Cr2Ni4WA, and the diameter of the hole is 0 3 mm. Test results show that the overall processing level of drilling microholes is significantly improved.
