摘要
因为受商品经济的影响,人才流动性加强,农村学校中年教师大多外流,毕业不久的青年教师和工作二十年以上的老教师占很大比例。而以往的教师培训大多以中年教师为主,极大地制约了农村大多数教师的专业素养和教育教学能力的提升。应加强农村学校青年教师和老教师的培训力度,针对他们的知识结构、能力结构和心理特征,制订有针对性、有层次性的培训方案。
Affected by the present commodity economy,the fluidity of talented people has inereased, most mid- aged teachers have sought jobs outside the rural middle schools and so newly- graduated young teachers as well as old teachers with over- 20- year experi- ence make up the majority in the countryside. But former teaching training was mostly based on mid- aged teachers,enormously restricting the promotion of the professional accomplishment and educational teaching abilities of most rural teachers. Therefore, it' s necessary to enhance the training of the young and old rural teachers and make pointed and layered training plans, based on their knowledge structure, ability structure and the psychological characteristics as well.
